We work together with Our home owner to assure their aspirations and design requirements are meet within the predetermine budget guidelines. 

When a Home Owner carries the construction note, which can be turned into a permanent mortgage, we charge a fixed builders fee to build our Home Owner Dream Home.  The Home Owner will know exactly where their money is going and will see every invoice from our Venders and Sub-Contractors.

We over build our foundations starting with piers in the footing, Connecting footing to stem wall with rebar and joining the stem to the house slab with rebar.

We use only 3/4" insulated double strength glass windows with a lifetime warranty and a U-Factor of .27.

We install a full "enevolple insulation" which means the roof line and exterior walls are spray foamed.  

Home Owners will Carry the builder risk insurance for their home build.

Home Owners have the option to pay Venders and Sub-Contractor directly with Our Knowledge.

Home Owners are encouraged to preform any services on their Home that they are qualified for, we are all for sweat equity.
