Standard Custom Home Build
When a Homeowner carries the construction note, which can be turned into a permanent mortgage, we charge a fixed builders fee to build our Homeowner their Dream Home.
We over build our foundations starting with piers in the footing, connecting the footing to the stem wall with rebar and joining the stem to the house slab with rebar.
We use only 3/4" insulated double strength glass windows with a lifetime warranty and a U-Factor of .27.
We install a full "envelope insulation" which means the roof line and exterior walls are spray foamed.
FAQs
Homeowners will Carry the builder risk insurance for their home build.
Homeowners will pay to the builder one invoice per week, and we will pay the subs for work performed during that period.
Homeowners are encouraged to perform any services on their Home that they are qualified for, we are all for sweat equity.
